Refund policy

1. OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from Bloxx (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy applies alongside your rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

If you purchase products online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days by contacting:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. RETURNS CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
You must provide proof of purchase

We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Standard delivery costs will be refunded (but not upgraded shipping options)

6. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is:

Faulty
Damaged
Not as described

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK law.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

7. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above. We do not accept returns for custom made products outside of our catalogue.
