For products that need to be made, dispatch time is 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Customised Products
Custom-sized products or bespoke items may require additional production time.
Estimated dispatch time for custom orders is 5–10 working days.

Shipping Costs
We offer free UK shipping on all orders

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to courier issues, high demand, or external factors beyond our control.
Bloxx is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
